Individual therapy
One-to-one sessions on Orø, focused on what matters to you.
The sessions take place at my practice on Orø, in calm and undisturbed surroundings. You can read more about the practice and its surroundings on the My practice on Orø page.
Individual therapy is a confidential space where you have my full attention. We start with whatever you bring — a difficulty, a pattern, a question or a wish for change — and work on it together.
Who is it for?
You might come to therapy if, for example, you:
- feel stressed or under pressure in everyday life or at work
- find it hard to switch off and feel at ease
- achieve a lot, yet still don't feel satisfied
- are going through a life crisis or a major change
- struggle with relationships, boundaries or recurring patterns
- feel that something is missing, even though life looks good on paper
- want to understand yourself better and get clearer about what you really want
You don't need to know exactly what you want from the start. We can work that out together.
What does a session look like?
- At my practice on Orø
- 60-minute sessions
- Usually weekly or every two weeks
- Our sessions are treated confidentially
- We regularly follow up on your focus and how things are changing
Next steps
We can begin with a no-obligation 20-minute introductory call, where we briefly talk about what you are looking for and whether it feels like the right match.
After that, we agree together on a focus for the process and follow up regularly on whether therapy is bringing you closer to what you want to understand, change or move through.
When you feel you have got what you came for, we can bring the process to a close.
