I work holistically and integratively, seeing thoughts, feelings, relationships and the body's signals as parts of one whole.
For me, therapy is about both understanding yourself and sensing yourself — and about creating movement in whatever you want to understand, change or move through.
We start with what matters to you and find a direction for the therapy together. Along the way, we keep checking in on what is changing and what you need.
Conversation and reflection
Conversation is at the heart of therapy. Together we explore your thoughts, feelings, relationships and the patterns that may keep repeating in your life.
I help you put words to what can be hard to make sense of on your own. Together we explore new perspectives, and you can become clearer about what you need and which direction you want to move in.
The body and body awareness
The body is also an important source of information. It can react with unease or tension and signal boundaries and needs before we have a chance to put them into words ourselves.
That's why, when it makes sense, we may bring in bodily sensations, breathing and attention to the body's signals. This can help you both understand what is happening and get a better sense of how it feels in you.
Patterns, relationships and self-understanding
We get curious about how you react — both within yourself and with other people.
As you become more aware of your patterns, feelings and needs, you gain more freedom to respond differently, make more conscious choices and build the relationships and the life you want.
